Delivery Policy

1. General

1.1 This is the Delivery and Refund Policy (thereafter "Policy") of Confidesk.com(thereafter "Confidesk") which apply to the User of the paid Services of Confidesk (thereafter "User").

1.2 Each User must read, understand and comply with this Policy in order to access and use the paid Services of Confidesk. The User cannot use the Services if he/she does not accept this Policy.

1.3 In order to register and use the Services, each User must accept this Policy by clicking the "I accept" button on the Website of Confidesk (check the box).

1.4 The User acknowledges and agrees that the Policy may change from time to time without prior notice. Changes will be announced on the Website of Confidesk. Confidesk reserves the right to alter this Policy at any time. The most recent version always takes precedence.

1.5 The User agrees that any and every claim for damages arising directly or indirectly out of the lack of information about the changes of this policy is excluded. The User accepts any changes of this Policy within the next login to his account.

2. Subscription

2.1 For the paid accounts the User has to subscribe for at least 90 days. Optional Subscription Periods are 180 or 360 days.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 The User has the choice to pay by credit card, debit card or Paypal as set out in the Terms of Use of Confidesk.

4. Delivery

4.1 The delivery of Services by Confidesk (i.e. the possibility to log in on the Confidesk account for a paid package) will start immediately after successful payment by the User.

4.2 The agreement between the User and Confidesk is always limited to the Subscription Period the User subscribed and paid for.

5. Refund

5.1 The Services provided to the User are not refundable.

5.2 Payments have to be done in advance and are not refundable during the Subscription Period. All payments are final.

6. General Legal Terms

6.1 If sections or individual Terms of this Policy are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
